The aims of the PCA
- To be the voice of the Liberal Democrats candidates for the UK Parliament, the Scottish Parliament, the Welsh Senedd, the Greater London Authority, directly elected Mayoralties, Police and Crime and Police, Crime and Fire Commissioners.
- To promote the election of Liberal Democrat candidates.
- To promote effective selection, training and support for candidates.
We recognise how difficult it is to keep up to date with the knowledge you need to be a PPC. This is particularly true if you are one of our many new candidates. It also easy to think you are being overlooked if you are candidate for a Tier 3 or 4 seat.
We hope that this website will help you by being a one stop shop source of information.
We hope to include a number of hyperlinks to original sources, to provide support and to point you in the “right direction.
As the website grow we also intend to introduce a Q & A page(s) to again help you find you way.
